Mississippi State Kratom Laws

Mississippi is the 14th state to enact the KCPA.

Kratom is legal in most of the state of Mississippi, but there are exceptions.

Exception: Kratom is banned in 33 cities and counties.

 There are also regular efforts to ban kratom in other municipalities as well as in the entire state.
