STOP Substitute Bill No. 6855 WILL MAKE KRATOM SCHEDULE I

(i) (1) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall, by regulation 210 adopted pursuant to this section, designate the following substances, by 211 whatever official, common, usual, chemical, or trade name designation, 212 as controlled substances and classify each such substance in the 213 appropriate schedule:

(D) Mitragyna speciosa (kratom), including its leaves, stem, and any 234 extracts;

The Connecticut Cannabis Bill had a piece about Kratom and other substances snuck in, and now we need your help telling the Governor to oppose the ban!
