WEST VIRGINIA – SAFE FOR NOW
With the help of those West Virginians who contacted their Reps and members of the House Health Committee, AKA’s lobbyists successfully got an amendment offered to strike Kratom from HB2526 and it passed! WV is safe for 2017 barring any other bills (they have until March 14 to introduce new bills). We never celebrate until the end of the legislative session.
