Pain Patients Love Kratom

Pain comes in many flavors. There is fibromyalgia pain, rheumatoid arthritis pain, chronic back pain, Degenerative Disk Disease, and the pain and fatigue of Lyme Disease. Frequent companions of pain are depression and anxiety, perhaps brought on by how helpless you feel.

What is really tragic is the pharmaceutical industry’s lack of interest in finding cures for the sources of these various types of pain.

It may be more accurate to say that the tragedy is that our U.S. government has allowed itself to become the business agent and protector of the egregious profits of the pharmaceutical industry. But that is another story for another day, once we have gotten your pain out of the way.

Pain has a wonderful way of focusing the mind on finding relief. The pharmaceutical industry is well aware of this and they are very jealous of allowing natural remedies to compete for market share.

The urgency of finding something to ease chronic pain produces dependable return business every month. If Big Pharma told you how to remove the cause of your pain, they would lose you as a steady customer. They don’t want that to happen.

Kratom is in the cross-hairs of the FDA, which protects Big Pharma’s right to profit off your pain.

The good news is that many pain patients are tired of the shoddy drugs the pharmaceutical folks produce for the pain caused by the conditions they prefer not to cure. They have found something they like better.

Their dissatisfaction with pharmaceutical drugs that mask the pain has led them to discover kratom — an ancient herbal pain remedy from the Orient.

While many in the online pain groups are content to complain — day after day — about how bad they feel, some brave souls are striking out to see what kratom has to offer them, despite the scare campaigns seen on TV and other media.

Their testimonials are heart-warming. The one below is very representative of thousands of others like it.

“I have had fibro for 18 years. I started seeing my primary doctor — he told me I had Fibromyalgia and suffered from PTSD , depression, and anxiety. Well, he started me out with Vicodin and an antidepressant.

“Over the years he just kept raising the dosage of pain medicine — even giving me morphine and Vicodin and trying all kinds of antidepressants. I feel like I stayed on a rollercoaster ride of medication.

“A couple years ago I had a traumatic experience and ended up being sent to pain management because my primary just gave up is how I feel. Now the laws are being changed and I started getting scared of what could happen if they keep changing the laws on medication.

“Doctors now treat everyone like drug addicts. I am not a drug addict of street drugs but the doctors made sure I got dependent on medicine and then they want to act like its my fault.

“I have now all these years later Fibro, DDD, herniated discs in my neck and bulging protruding discs in lower back, sciatic nerve pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel in my left hand.

“I feel like instead of trying to help they just gave me a pill and said it will be fine. Well, I’m far from fine.

“This is when I joined a support group and found out this happens a lot. It was there someone mentioned all natural products and that got me doing research and I found Kratom.

“The support group I am in doesn’t want anyone to talk about Kratom or anything other than prescription drugs.

“I can tell every time I take my Kratom I’m at peace and my pain isn’t there. Some days are worse than others, but with the help of kratom, I manage to have much better days than I used to.

“I know I wont get cut off and can’t get it, like each month going to a doctor, it is never a sure thing that they wont turn their back on you.

“No, Kratom won’t cure me, but it has helped me so much. I wish I had found it sooner. To me it is a miracle plant. There are other plants that could be beneficial but our government wants to control everything if not (made by) big pharmaceutical drug companies.

“I don’t have the pain I had and have to take a bunch of pills that are bad for me. I can take my dose of Kratom and roll on.

“Kratom helps my anxiety, my pain, and my fatigue — it’s awesome to me. I would recommend anyone to try this plant and give it a real chance.” — M.P.D.

What We Have Here Is a Failure to Communicate…Accurate Health Information!

Have you ever noticed on your can or bag of cat or dog food there is a long list of supplemental vitamins and minerals? They have been found to be necessary to keep the animals healthier.

In the livestock-raising industry, they are equally intent on using nutrition as an inexpensive way to assure fewer birth defects, fewer diseases, and improved health of the animals. They are there because they work — not so the animals will think they are feeling better.

And yet, for many years medical doctors told their patients that vitamins only give us “expensive urine“. There are still medical doctors who argue that vitamin/mineral supplements aren’t necessary and might even be harmful. These docs are no doubt cheered on by the pharmaceutical industry, which helps set the guidelines of what doctors are taught.

It is very ironic — and should make governmental agencies highly suspicious — that the veterinary industry can quickly reverse disease conditions in animals that have the same apparent symptoms as fibromyalgia, diabetes, and many of the other chronic diseases for which the pharmaceutical industry says, “We have no cures for those.”

Here is a open-minded pharmacist’s take on the causes and natural remedies for fibromyalgia.

Most medical doctors are not taught these commonsense nutritional strategies for addressing the causes of fibro because knowing this would not help them with their primary function: Selling drugs.

The lack of scientific curiosity among drug researchers is equally astounding. So, also, is their lack of compassion for those who might be saved from their suffering by telling them the truth about nutritional remedies and herbal painkillers such as kratom.

Kratom Should Be Seen — Not As a Cure — But As a Better Remedy for the Pain, Fatigue, Depression, and Anxiety of Chronic Conditions

Apart from the prolonged suffering of chronic pain patients who only received symptomatic treatment, there is the addiction epidemic which in 2010 cost the lives of 15,300 women — all because the pharmaceutical industry prefers the higher profits of selling drugs — certainly they won’t encourage their MD partners to recommend nutritional solutions.

We can only hope that someday the FDA and our Congress gets out of bed with Big Pharma and sees what a lousy job our “health care” system is doing by ignoring natural remedies and going for the more profitable treatment of symptoms.

Congress could find huge savings on health care expenses by ending Big Pharma’s monopoly on U.S. medical care. Treating symptoms, while ignoring the cause of those symptoms, is just a cruel waste of human life and money.

When people find better relief using herbs, such as kratom, these should be allowed and recommended by physicians.
