The Dear Colleague letter to the FDA from Brat/Polis is now closed and was sent to the FDA this wednesday at 5pm. Now it is time to turn all energies to urging House members to sign the Pocan/LoBiondo letter to the DEA. The Pocan/LoBiondo letter will not close until after the new year.
