The BEA needs $10 per Kratom community member to beat the DEA!
Where Will Your Money Go?
1. To the cost of a scientific study involving Kratom’s effect on rats. When this study is completed, findings will be provided to all organizations working to defend Kratom – $150,000 total.
2. Continuing with lobbying efforts – $17,000 per month.
3. To continue our legal efforts using scientific research as the basis to defend the Kratom – $250,000+ (if this goes to Federal court).
4. Continuing to collaborate with other organizations and a PR firm – $25,000 per month.
5. To the creation of a voluntary Kratom Regulatory Compliance Division, as suggested by the CRE. A Regulatory Compliance Division ensures that all vendors are in compliance with state and federal laws – $50,000 total.
In order to make progress on the research and legal side, our small BEA team (less than 5 people), relies solely on donations from the Kratom community.
