Indiana lists kratom as a controlled substance but Tuesday 2.21.23 the Indiana House passed House Bill 1500, which “Specifies that a kratom product is not a controlled substance” and helps provide consumer protections.
The bill will move to the Indiana Senate in early March, but we expect heavy resistance from anti-kratom FDA backed medical groups.
We need to grow our Indiana Kratom Protectors Group ASAP.
