KCPA was passed in February of 2025.

HB 1151, if passed, would implement a blanket ban on kratom products in South Dakota. It is critical that informed voices engage now to stop this ill-informed legislation.

SB77, another ban bill filed in South Dakota did not pass the Senate Floor.
