Due to one commissioner’s attempt to ban kratom in light of a child’s suicide which had little to do with kratom, Broward County attempted to ban kratom and start a statewide campaign to also ban kratom. This ban was struck down Tuesday October 28,2014 with the help of the Botanical Legal Defense and the kratom community. Thank you all for your continued support fighting the good fight!
