We are excited to recognize that Maryland has sent its Kratom Consumer Protection Act to Governor Wes Moore to sign. Once signed, Maryland will become the 13th state to enact a KCPA.
The passing of H.B. 1229 represents the hard work and diligence of the kratom community. We thank all the kratom consumer advocates, the scientists, public officials, and vendors for speaking up and calling out the FDA’s propaganda and advocating for a safe and properly regulated consumer marketplace.
