Bill Passes to Lift Arkansas’s Ban on Kratom!

The AKA legislative team is very excited to share the news out of Arkansas :

“Senate passes bill to lift Arkansas’s ban on kratom… Sponsored by Sen. Greg Leding (D-Fayetteville), the bill would remove kratom from the state’s list of controlled substances and allow the sale of kratom products to adults.

The Senate Bill will still have to go through the House and Governor, but this is a major step forward in a state with a history of enforcing kratom criminalization, especially the tragedy of Marshall Ray Price.
