As part of an undercover operation in Florida, an under-aged, undercover PCSO cadet attempted to purchase alcohol from 7 retail shops and were successful at two. However, when attempting to purchase kratom from two shops, they were denied at both. Positive examples of retailers upholding and supporting kratom consumer regulations for their state lend credibility to other active KCPA bills and lend momentum to creating a safe, regulated kratom market for consumers.
