I located my congressman using this and emailed him briefly discussing my concerns for what will happen if kratom is banned. I discussed the jobs which will be lost, the revenues which will be gone, the people who rely on herbs to keep their life in order and much more. Within 24 hours my congressman’s office contacted me via telephone with the number I provided and they wanted to know more. My congressman was very concerned about the DEA’s decision to make and enforce their own laws without allowing for due process. Everyone needs to do this and we all need to do it now. Contact your Government representatives and ask them to delay the proposed ban on kratom and its alkaloids and to allow for comments and science to be weighed while making this decision.
